Agreement to Terms

By booking a ride or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Quick Luxury Ride provides premium ground transportation services including but not limited to:

• Airport transfers
• Hourly chauffeur service
• City-to-city transfers
• Corporate transportation
• Special event transportation

Booking and Reservations

Making a Reservation

Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or via email. All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.

Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from us with a confirmation number. Please review all details carefully.

Modifications

Changes to your reservation should be made at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but they cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

• 48+ hours before pickup: Full refund
• 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours: No refund
• No-show: Full charge applies

For special events and large group bookings, different cancellation terms may apply as specified in your confirmation.

Pricing and Payment

Rates

All quoted rates are in US Dollars. Rates include the vehicle, professional chauffeur, and standard wait time as specified.

Additional Charges

The following may incur additional charges:

• Tolls and parking fees
• Additional stops beyond those agreed
• Extended wait time beyond complimentary period
• After-hours and holiday surcharges
• Airport meet and greet service

Gratuity

Gratuity for your chauffeur is not included unless otherwise specified. Industry standard is 15-20% of the fare.

Wait Time Policy

Airport Pickups

• Domestic flights: 60 minutes complimentary wait time from landing
• International flights: 90 minutes complimentary wait time from landing

Non-Airport Pickups

15 minutes complimentary wait time from scheduled pickup time.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers agree to:

• Treat the chauffeur and vehicle with respect
• Not smoke or vape in the vehicle
• Not consume alcohol if under legal drinking age
• Not transport illegal substances
• Be responsible for any damage to the vehicle

We reserve the right to terminate service without refund if passengers engage in inappropriate conduct.

Liability

Insurance

All vehicles carry comprehensive commercial insurance coverage as required by law.

Limitations

Quick Luxury Ride is not liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
• Missed flights or connections
• Lost or damaged personal belongings
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or civil unrest.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New York State.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
