Cancellation Timeframes:

a. For Sedan, SUV, and Van Reservations:
– We don’t rate a cancellation price in case you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
– Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation rate of 50% of the overall reservation cost.

B. For Limousine and Specialty Vehicle Reservations:
– No cancellation fee is implemented for reservations cancelled at least 40-8 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
– Reservations cancelled within 40-8 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the overall reservation fee.

No-Show Policy:

a. A “no-display” happens whilst the patron does not seem at the exact pickup location without prior notification.

B. If a purchaser does not display up for a reservation without cancelling it, we consider them a no-show.

C. No-suggests incur the entire quantity of the reservation rate, and we do not have difficulty refunds.

Cancellation Procedure:

a. To cancel a reservation, customers must contact our customer support team via phone or email, providing the reservation details and the reason for cancellation.

b. The cancellation will be deemed effective from the time the customer receives a cancellation confirmation from Quick Luxury Ride.

Refunds and Credit:

a. We deduct cancellation expenses from the whole amount paid at the time of reservation.

B. Refunds are issued in the same form of charge used in the course of the reservation method.

C. In some cases, eligible clients obtain a credit score for future bookings rather than money back. Also, this credit stays valid for a certain length and can be used in the direction of any future reservation.

Additionally, please observe that specific events or circumstances, along with important vacations or top journey periods, may additionally have specific cancellation rules or necessities. We inform clients of any variations in the cancellation coverage during the reservation process.
